Therefore the Lord ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ will give y’all a sign. Look, the virgin will become pregnant and bear a son, and she will name him Immanuel.


but they will serve YHWH their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up to them.


But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, being small among the clans of Judah, out of you one will come out to me who is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings out are from of old, from ancient times.


He said to them, “Then how does David, by the Spirit, call him ‘Lord’? He says,


When they had crucified him, they divided up his clothes among them by casting lots.


For David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, said ‘The Lord [YHWH] said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet.”’


He said to them, “These are my words that I told y’all while I was still with y’all, that everything written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”


“Siblings, it was necessary for the Scripture to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit foretold through the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide for those who arrested Jesus.

Again, Isaiah says, “There will come the root of Jesse, the one who arises to rule over the ethnic groups, in him the ethnic groups will hope.”


Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead, from the seed of David, according to my gospel,


In various ways and at many times in the past, God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets,


Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today if y’all hear his voice,


God again ordained a certain day as “Today.” A long time later, ʜᴇ spoke through David what has already been quoted, “Today if y’all hear ʜɪꜱ voice, don’t harden y’all’s hearts.”
