It will happen that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.


Barnabas and Saul returned to Jerusalem when they had fulfilled their deacon-work, taking with them John, also called Mark.


So Peter was kept in the prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him.


Paul and his company set sail from Paphos and came to Perga in Pamphylia, but John left from them and returned to Jerusalem.


When they reached Salamis, they proclaimed God’s word in the Jewish synagogues. They also had John as their assistant.


They left the prison and went to Lydia’s house. After seeing the siblings and encouraging them, they left.


After they were let go, they went back to their own people and reported all that the chief priests and the elders had said to them.


Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, greets y’all, and Mark the cousin of Barnabas (y’all received instructions about him: if he comes to y’all, receive him);
