He erected an altar there, and called it El Elohe Israel.


For who is God, besides YHWH? Who is a rock, besides our God?


David reigned over all Israel, and David executed justice and righteousness for all his people.


Blessed is YHWH your God, who delighted in you, to set you on the throne of Israel. Because YHWH loved Israel forever, therefore he made you king, to do justice and righteousness.”


Moreover from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, from the twentieth year even to the thirty-second year of Artaxerxes the king, that is, twelve years, I and my brothers have not eaten the bread of the governor.


Should even one who hates justice govern? Will you condemn the righteous and mighty One?


YHWH will send out the rod of your strength out of Zion. Rule among your enemies.


I will ask God, my rock, “Why have you forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?”


God, give the king your justice; your righteousness to the royal son.


He will judge your people with righteousness, and your poor with justice.


Moreover you should select from all the people able men who fear God, men of truth who hate unjust gain. Appoint them as rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.


“I am YHWH your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.


God also said to Moses, “You are to tell the children of Israel this, ‘YHWH, the God of your* ancestors, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to y’all.’ This is my name forever, and this is my memorial to all generations.


Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy.”


Look, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule in justice.


“Look! The days are coming,” says YHWH, “when I will raise for David a righteous Branch. And he will reign as king and deal wisely, and will do what is just and righteous in the land.

The Rock: ʜɪꜱ work is perfect, for all ʜɪꜱ ways are just. A God of faithfulness who does no wrong, Hᴇ is upright and just.


But of the Son ʜᴇ says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your empire.
