He was a mighty hunter before YHWH. Therefore it is said, “Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before YHWH”.


Now the men of Sodom were exceedingly wicked and sinners against YHWH.


The earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.


He made his son to pass through the fire, practiced sorcery, used enchantments, and dealt with those who had familiar spirits and with wizards. He did much evil in YHWH’s sight, to provoke him to anger.


Against you, and you only, I have sinned, and done that which is evil in your sight, so you may be proved right when you speak, and justified when you judge.


For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen; because their tongue and their doings are against YHWH, to provoke the eyes of ʜɪꜱ glory.


“Another thing y’all do: y’all cover the altar of YHWH with tears, weeping and groaning because ʜᴇ no longer regards the offering or receives it favorably from your* hand.


“Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks! Such things must come, but woe to the human through whom the tumbling block comes!


If the man said to him, “Let the fat be burned-burned first, and then take as much as your soul desires,” then he would say, “No, give it to me now! If you don’t, I’ll take it by force.”


For I have told him that I will judge his house forever for the iniquity which he knew, because his sons brought a curse on themselves, and he didn’t restrain them.
