¶ Herod the king, after he had heard this, was troubled, and all Ierusalem with him,


Tell ye the daughter of Sion: behold thy king cometh unto thee meek, sitting upon an ass and a colt, the foal of an ass used to the yoke.


¶ Iesus stood before the deputy: and the deputy asked him, saying: Art thou the king of the jews? Iesus said unto him: Thou sayest.


saying: Blessed be the king that cometh in the name of the Lord: Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.


for unto you is born this day in the city of David a saviour, which is Christ the Lord.


And Pilate opposed him saying: Art thou the king of the jewes? He answered him, and said: thou sayest.


His superscription was written over him, in greek, latin, and ebrue letters: This is the king of the jews.


Nathanael answered and said unto him: Rabbi, thou art the son of God, Thou art the king of Israhel.


took branches of palm trees and went and met him, and cried: Hosanna, blessed is he that in the name of the Lord cometh, king of Israhell.


Pilate said unto him: Art thou a king then? Iesus answered: Thou sayest that I am a king. For this cause was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. And all that are of the truth hear my voice.


Pilate wrote his title, and put it on the cross: The writing was, Iesus of Nazareth, king of the jewes.


Thomas answered and said unto him: my Lord, and my God.


because that all men should honour the son, even as they honour the father. He that honoureth not the son, the same honoureth not the father which hath sent him.


And he said: Lord I believe: And worshipped him.


And again when he bringeth in the first begotten son in the world, he saith: And all the angels of God shall worship him.


¶ I Iesus sent mine angel, to testify unto you these things in the congregations. I am the root and the generation of David, and the bright morning star.
