¶ There was a certain man in Cesarea called Cornelius, a captain of the soldiers of Italy,


And the third day entered they into Cesaria. Cornelius waited for them, and had called together his kinsmen, and special friends.


¶ And behold immediately were there three men come unto the house where I was, sent from Cesarea unto me.


When Herod had called for him, and found him not, he examined the keepers, and commanded to depart. And he descended from Jewry to Cesarea, and there abode.


And departed from Ephesus and came unto Cesarea: and ascended and saluted the congregation,


There went with us also certain of his disciples of Cesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an olde disciple, with whom we should lodge.


The next day, we that were of Paulus company, came unto Cesarea. And we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven, and abode with him.


And he called unto him two under captains, saying: make ready two hundred soldiers to go to Cesarea, and horsemen threescore and ten. And spearmen two hundred, at the third hour of the night.


When they came to Cesarea, they delivered the pistel to the debite, and presented Paul before him.


¶ When Festus was come into the province, after three days, he ascended from Cesarea unto Ierusalem.


¶ After a certain days king Agrippa and Bernice came unto Cesarea to salute Festus.


Festus answered that Paul should be kept at Cesarea: but that he himself would shortly depart thither.


¶ When he had tarried there more then ten days he departed unto Cesarea, and the next day sat down in the judgement seat, and commanded Paul to be brought.


And they when they had testified, and preached the word of the Lord returned to Ierusalem and preached the gospel in many cities of the Samaritans.


When the brethren knew of that, they brought him to Cesarea, and sent him forth to Tharsus.


in mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the spirit of God, so that from Ierusalem and the coasts round about, unto Illiricum, I have filled all countries with glad tidings of Christ.
