Simon Peter answered, and said: Thou art Christ the son of the living God.


Go therefore and teach all nations, baptising them in the name of the father, and the son, and the holy ghost:


Whosoever believeth, and is baptised, shall be safe: And whosoever that believeth not, shall be damned.


She said unto him: yee Lord: I believe that thou art Christ the son of God, which shall come into the world.


These are written that ye might believe that Iesus is Christ the son of God. And that ye in believing ye might have life thorow his name.


Simon Peter answered him: Master to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words of eternal life,


¶ Iesus heard that they had excommunicated him: and as soon as he had found him he said unto him: dost thou believe on the son of God?


Peter said unto them: Repent and be baptised every one of you in the name of Iesus Christ, For the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the holy ghost.


As soon as they believed Philip's preaching of the kingdom of God and of the name of Iesu Christ, they were baptised both men and women.


thou hast neither part nor fellowship in this business. For thy heart is not right in the sight of God.


And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water, and the gelded man said: See here is water, what shall let me to be baptised?


And commanded the chariot to stand still. And they went down both into the water: both Philip and also the gelded man. And he baptised him.


And straightway he preached Christ in the Synagogues how that he was the son of God.


For the belief of the heart justifieth: and to knowledge with the mouth maketh a man safe.


Wherefore I declare unto you that no man speaking in the spirit of god defieth Iesus. Also no man can say that Iesus is the Lord: but by the holy ghost.


which signifieth baptism that now saveth us, not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but in that a good conscience consenteth to God, by the resurrection of Iesus Christ,


Whosoever confesseth that Iesus is the son of God, in him dwelleth God, and he in God.


¶ Whosoever believeth that Iesus is Christ, is born of God. And every one that loveth him which begat, loveth him also which was begotten of him.


He that believeth on the son of God hath the witness in himself. He that believeth not God, hath made him a liar, because he believed not the record that God gave of his son.


And this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcometh the world: but he which believeth that Iesus is the son of God?
