While he yet spake, behold a bright cloud shadowed them. And lo a voice out of the cloud said: This is my dear son, in whom I delight, hear him.


And whatsoever thing ye shall ask in your prayers if ye believe, ye shall receive it.


Therefore I say unto you, whatsoever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye shall have it and it shall be done unto you.


And whatsoever ye ask in my name, that will I do, that the father might be glorified by the son.


If ye shall keep my commandments, ye shall bide in my love, even as I have kept my father's commandments, and bide in his love.


If ye bide in me, and my words also bide in you: ask what ye will, and it shall be given you.


Iesus answered and said unto them: This is the work of God, that ye believe on him, whom he hath sent.


And he that sent me is with me. My father hath not left me alone, For I do always those things that please him.


We know well enough that God heareth no sinners: But if any man be a worshipper of God: and do what his will is, him heareth he.


¶ And the time of this ignorance God regarded not: but now he biddeth all men everywhere repent,


witnessing both to the jewes, and also to the greeks, the repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Iesu.


I received all, and have plenty. I was even filled after that I had received of Epaphroditus, that which came from you, an odor that smelleth sweet, a sacrifice accepted and pleasant to God.


that ye might walk worthy of the Lord in all things that please, being fruitful in all good works and increasing in the knowledge of God


make you perfect in all works, to do his will, and bring to pass, that whatsoever ye do, may be accepted in his sight, by the means of Iesus Christ. To whom be praise for ever while the world endureth Amen.


¶ If any that is among you lack wisdom, let him ask of God (which giveth to all men without doubleness, and casteth no man in the teeth:) and it shall be given him:


Ye ask and have not, because ye ask amiss, for to consume it upon your voluptuousness.


¶ Knowledge your faults one to another: and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man availeth much, if it be fervent.


And hereby we know that we have known him, if we keep his commandments.


And this is the trust that we have in him: that if we ask any thing according to his will he heareth us.
