For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father, with his angels; and then shall he render to every man according to his work.


And Jesus said to them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Saducees.


But wo to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites; for ye shut the kingdom of heaven against men: ye go not in, neither suffer ye them that are entring to go in.


But all their works they do, to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and inlarge the fringes of their garments.


And the king shall answer and say to them, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye did it to one of the least of these my brethren, ye did it to me.


Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.


For if ye love them that love you, what reward have ye?


Therefore ye shall be perfect, as your Father who is in heaven is perfect.


Moreover, when ye fast, be not as the hypocrites of a sad countenance; for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast: verily I say unto you, they have their reward.


Thus therefore pray ye, Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.


And he charged them, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the leaven of Herod.


Take heed therefore, left the light that is in thee be darkness.


In the mean time, an innumerable multitude being gathered together, so that they trod one upon another, he said to his disciples first, Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.


And he said to them, Take heed and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.


And he said to them, Ye are they who justify yourselves before men: but God knoweth your hearts: And that which is highly esteemed among men, is an abomination before God.


For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.


How can ye believe, while ye receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that is from God only?


And Peter seeing it, answered the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? Or, why do ye fix your eyes on us, as if by our own power or piety, we had made this man to walk?


As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, these constrain you to be circumcised: only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.


Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he looked off unto the recompence of reward.


Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.


For God is not unrighteous, to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.


This is the seducer and the antichrist. Look to yourselves, that we lose not the things we have wrought, but receive a full reward.
