Trust in Him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart in His presence. God is our refuge. Selah


Whoever mocks the poor insults his Maker. Whoever rejoices at calamity will not go unpunished.


Better to be poor, walking with integrity, than be a fool whose lips are corrupt.


The meek will add to their joy in Adonai, and the needy of humanity will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.


He has brought down rulers from thrones and exalted humble ones.


Nevertheless, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names have been written in the heavens.”


For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”


He said to them, “Whoever welcomes this child in My name, welcomes Me. And whoever welcomes Me, welcomes the One who sent Me. The one who is the least among all of you is the one who is great.”

as grieving yet always rejoicing; as poor yet enriching many; as having nothing yet possessing everything.


“For there will never cease to be poor people in the land. Therefore I am commanding you, saying, ‘You must surely open your hand to your brother—to your needy and poor in your land.’


“If there is a poor man among you—any of your brothers within any of your gates in your land that Adonai your God is giving you—you are not to harden your heart or shut your hand against your poor brother.


Watch yourself, so there is no unworthy thing in your heart saying, ‘The seventh year, the year of cancelling debts, is near,’ and your eye is evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing. Then he may call out to Adonai against you, and it will be a sin upon you.


I press on toward the goal for the reward of the upward calling of God in Messiah Yeshua.


For it is we who are the circumcision, who worship by the Ruach Elohim and glory in Messiah Yeshua and have not depended on the flesh—


But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.


I know your tribulation and your poverty (yet you are rich), as well as the slander of those who say they are Jewish and are not, but are a synagogue of satan.


He raises the helpless from the dust. He lifts the needy from the dunghill, to make them sit with nobles, granting them a seat of honor. For the earth’s pillars are Adonai’s, and He has set the world on them.
