Then he spoke to his sons saying: “Saddle the donkey for me!” So they saddled it.


Then the prophet picked up the carcass of the man of God, he laid it on the donkey and brought it back to the town of the old prophet to mourn and to bury him.


It will come about that you will drink from the wadi. I have also commanded the ravens to feed you there.”


The ravens kept bringing him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and he drank from the wadi.
