For we are the circumcision, we who worship by the Spirit of God, who boast in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh,

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you experience various trials,


Finally, you must all be of one mind, sympathetic, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, and kind.


But insofar as you share in the sufferings of Christ, rejoice, so that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed.


Beloved, this is now the second letter that I am writing to you. In both of them I have tried to stir up your sincere mind by way of reminder,
