Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to him and said, “Teacher, we want yoʋ to do for us whatever we ask.”


They said to him, “Grant to us that we may sit, one on yoʋr right and one on yoʋr left, in yoʋr glory.”


Then Jesus said to him, “What do yoʋ want me to do for yoʋ?” The blind man said to him, “Rabboni, I want to receive my sight.”


If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you will ask for whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
