Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, neither in the present age nor in the age to come.


Peter said to him, “From strangers.” And Jesus said to him, “Then the sons are free.


“He who is faithful with very little is also faithful with much, and he who is dishonest with very little is also dishonest with much.


I know what I will do so that when I am removed from my stewardship people will receive me into their homes.’


Then he said to another, ‘And how much do yoʋ owe?’ The man said, ‘A hundred measures of wheat.’ The steward said to him, ‘Take yoʋr bill and write eighty.’


Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge says.


Jesus answered them, “The people of this age marry and are given in marriage,


but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are they given in marriage.


While you have the light, believe in the light, so that you may become sons of light.” After saying these things, Jesus went away and was hidden from them.


Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you thinks he is wise in this age, he should become foolish so that he may become truly wise.


For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light


Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and their glory is in their shame. Their minds are set on earthly things.


You are all sons of light and sons of the day; we are not of the night or of the darkness.


But you are a chosen lineage, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.


By this the children of God and the children of the devil are revealed: Anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is anyone who does not love his brother.
