Then Jesus entered the courts of God's temple and drove out all who were selling and buying there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves.


When Jesus said to them, “I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground.


In the temple courts he found those who were selling oxen, sheep, and doves, and he also found the money changers sitting at their tables.


Then he said to those who were selling doves, “Take these things away from here; do not make my Father's house a house of trade.”


Then the soldiers cut away the ropes of the skiff and let it drift away.


For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are powerful in God for tearing down strongholds.
