And when Barnabas and Saul completed their ministry, they returned to Jerusalem and brought with them John, who was called Mark.


So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him.


Then Paul and his companions set sail from Paphos and went to Perga in Pamphylia, but John left them and returned to Jerusalem.


When they arrived at Salamis, they proclaimed the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews. (They also had John as their assistant.)


So Paul and Silas came out of the prison and went to Lydia's house. And after seeing the brothers and encouraging them, they departed.


After being released, Peter and John went to their own people and reported all that the chief priests and the elders had said to them.


Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, greets you, and so does Mark the cousin of Barnabas (about whom you have received instructions: if he comes to you, welcome him).


Luke alone is with me. Get Mark and bring him with yoʋ, for he is useful to me for ministry.


and Mark, Aristarchus, Demas, and Luke, my fellow workers, greet yoʋ.


She who is in Babylon, who is chosen together with you, greets you, and so does my son Mark.
