and thy name will be magnified for ever, saying, ‘The Lord of hosts is God over Israel,’ and the house of thy servant David will be established before thee.


hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and do according to all for which the foreigner calls to thee; in order that all the peoples of the earth may know thy name and fear thee, as do thy people Israel, and that they may know that this house which I have built is called by thy name.


and thy name will be established and magnified for ever, saying, ‘The Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, is Israel's God,’ and the house of thy servant David will be established before thee.


and said, “O Lord, God of our fathers, art thou not God in heaven? Dost thou not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations? In thy hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee.


Then the Levites, Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabneiah, Sherebiah, Hodiah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said, “Stand up and bless the Lord your God from everlasting to everlasting. Blessed be thy glorious name which is exalted above all blessing and praise.”


He sent redemption to his people; he has commanded his covenant for ever. Holy and terrible is his name!


Our God is in the heavens; he does whatever he pleases.


Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, who alone does wondrous things.


So now, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou alone art the Lord.”


For thus says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite.


And one called to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory.”


For thou art our Father, though Abraham does not know us and Israel does not acknowledge us; thou, O Lord, art our Father, our Redeemer from of old is thy name.


Yet, O Lord, thou art our Father; we are the clay, and thou art our potter; we are all the work of thy hand.


Thus says the Lord: “Heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool; what is the house which you would build for me, and what is the place of my rest?


And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them; and the nations will know that I am the Lord, says the Lord God, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes.


So I will show my greatness and my holiness and make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.


Then Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the Lord has said, ‘I will show myself holy among those who are near me, and before all the people I will be glorified.’ ” And Aaron held his peace.


For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.


And the Lord will become king over all the earth; on that day the Lord will be one and his name one.


For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name is great among the nations, and in every place incense is offered to my name, and a pure offering; for my name is great among the nations, says the Lord of hosts.


Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father's will.


And call no man your father on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven.


I tell you I shall not drink again of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.”


Again, for the second time, he went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cannot pass unless I drink it, thy will be done.”


Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.


You, therefore, must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.


For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father also will forgive you;


But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.


If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!


I will arise and go to my father, and I will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you;


And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’


“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom he is pleased!”


Jesus said to her, “Do not hold me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”


To all God's beloved in Rome, who are called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.


For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the spirit of sonship. When we cry, “Abba! Father!”


Paul an apostle—not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—


And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!”


who alone has immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen.


And if you invoke as Father him who judges each one impartially according to his deeds, conduct yourselves with fear throughout the time of your exile.


“Worthy art thou, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for thou didst create all things, and by thy will they existed and were created.”


saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!”
