if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.


Why dost thou stand afar off, O Lord? Why dost thou hide thyself in times of trouble?


Hide not thy face from me. Turn not thy servant away in anger, thou who hast been my help. Cast me not off, forsake me not, O God of my salvation!


God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God will help her right early.


Shout, and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.”


every one who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”


Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in days of old, the generations of long ago. Was it not thou that didst cut Rahab in pieces, that didst pierce the dragon?


Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, or his ear dull, that it cannot hear;


We have become like those over whom thou hast never ruled, like those who are not called by thy name.

And the Lord said to Moses, “Is the Lord's hand shortened? Now you shall see whether my word will come true for you or not.”


that the rest of men may seek the Lord, and all the Gentiles who are called by my name,


What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, “I will live in them and move among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.


Because the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp, to save you and to give up your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be holy, that he may not see anything indecent among you, and turn away from you.


And all the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of you.

For the Lord will not cast away his people, for his great name's sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make you a people for himself.
