27 But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God’; he that will hear, let him hear; and he that will refuse to hear, let him refuse; for they are a rebellious house.

And I told the exiles all the things that the Lord had showed me.


The people also are impudent and stubborn: I send you to them; and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God.’


And whether they hear or refuse to hear (for they are a rebellious house) they will know that there has been a prophet among them.


On that day your mouth will be opened to the fugitive, and you shall speak and be no longer dumb. So you will be a sign to them; and they will know that I am the Lord.”


“On that day I will cause a horn to spring forth to the house of Israel, and I will open your lips among them. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”


And go, get you to the exiles, to your people, and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God’; whether they hear or refuse to hear.”
