For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Do not fear, I will help you.”


But when the crowd had been put outside, he went in and took her by the hand, and the girl got up.


He came and took her by the hand and lifted her up. Then the fever left her, and she began to serve them.


Moved with pity, Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him, and said to him, “I do choose. Be made clean!”


He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha cum,” which means, “Little girl, get up!”


He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village; and when he had put saliva on his eyes and laid his hands on him, he asked him, “Can you see anything?”


After crying out and convulsing him terribly, it came out, and the boy was like a corpse, so that most of them said, “He is dead.”


When he had entered the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”


The tribune took him by the hand, drew him aside privately, and asked, “What is it that you have to report to me?”


And he took him by the right hand and raised him up; and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong.


He gave her his hand and helped her up. Then calling the saints and widows, he showed her to be alive.
