Then Hezekiah said, “You have now consecrated yourselves to the Lord; come near, bring sacrifices and thank offerings to the house of the Lord.” The assembly brought sacrifices and thank offerings; and all who were of a willing heart brought burnt offerings.


He also restored the altar of the Lord and offered on it sacrifices of well-being and of thanksgiving; and he commanded Judah to serve the Lord the God of Israel.


They offered great sacrifices that day and rejoiced, for God had made them rejoice with great joy; the women and children also rejoiced. The joy of Jerusalem was heard far away.


Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wonderful works to humankind.


I will offer to you a thanksgiving sacrifice and call on the name of the Lord.


Those who bring thanksgiving as their sacrifice honor me; to those who go the right way I will show the salvation of God.”
