Leviticus 24:16 - New Revised Standard Version

16 One who blasphemes the name of the Lord shall be put to death; the whole congregation shall stone the blasphemer. Aliens as well as citizens, when they blaspheme the Name, shall be put to death.

How long, O God, is the foe to scoff? Is the enemy to revile your name forever?


Remember this, O Lord, how the enemy scoffs, and an impious people reviles your name.


You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.


You shall not revile God, or curse a leader of your people.


Say further to the people of Israel: Any of the people of Israel, or of the aliens who reside in Israel, who give any of their offspring to Molech shall be put to death; the people of the land shall stone them to death.
