Job 34:15

By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return.”


And all flesh died that moved on the earth, birds, domestic animals, wild animals, all swarming creatures that swarm on the earth, and all human beings;


We must all die; we are like water spilled on the ground, which cannot be gathered up. But God will not take away a life; he will devise plans so as not to keep an outcast banished forever from his presence.


Remember that you fashioned me like clay; and will you turn me to dust again?


I know that you will bring me to death, and to the house appointed for all living.


“If you have understanding, hear this; listen to what I say.


It is all one; therefore I say, he destroys both the blameless and the wicked.


When you hide your face, they are dismayed; when you take away their breath, they die and return to their dust.


and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the breath returns to God who gave it.


I have no wrath. If it gives me thorns and briers, I will march to battle against it. I will burn it up.


For I will not continually accuse, nor will I always be angry; for then the spirits would grow faint before me, even the souls that I have made.
