This is the gate of the Lord; the righteous shall enter through it.


The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.


The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the decrees of the Lord are sure, making wise the simple;


Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff— they comfort me.


The highway of the upright avoids evil; those who guard their way preserve their lives.


But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.


I walk in the way of righteousness, along the paths of justice,


“You that are simple, turn in here!” To those without sense she says,


so there shall be a highway from Assyria for the remnant that is left of his people, as there was for Israel when they came up from the land of Egypt.


On that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian will come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians.

Anyone who resolves to do the will of God will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own.


For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life.


For God did not call us to impurity but in holiness.


who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works but according to his own purpose and grace. This grace was given to us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,


Pursue peace with everyone, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.

As for you, the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and so you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, abide in him.


But nothing unclean will enter it, nor anyone who practices abomination or falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.
