With great pains I have provided for the house of the Lord one hundred thousand talents of gold, one million talents of silver, and bronze and iron beyond weighing, for there is so much of it; timber and stone too I have provided. To these you must add more.


David also provided great stores of iron for nails for the doors of the gates and for clamps, as well as bronze in quantities beyond weighing,


Iron is taken out of the earth, and copper is smelted from ore.


Your bars are iron and bronze; and as your days, so is your strength.


You shall eat your fill and bless the Lord your God for the good land that he has given you.


a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive trees and honey,


he said to them, “Go back to your tents with much wealth, and with very much livestock, with silver, gold, bronze, and iron, and with a great quantity of clothing; divide the spoil of your enemies with your kindred.”
