Behold, I in my poverty have prepared the charges of the house of the Lord, of gold a hundred thousand talents, and of silver a million of talents. But of brass, and of iron there is no weight, for the abundance surpasseth all account: timber also and stones I have prepared for all the charges.


And David prepared in abundance iron for the nails of the gates, and for the closures and joinings: and of brass an immense weight.


Iron is taken out of the earth: and stone melted with heat is turned into brass.


His shoe shall be iron and brass. As the days of thy youth, so also shall thy old age be.


That when thou hast eaten, and art full, thou mayst bless the Lord thy God for the excellent land which he hath given thee.


A land of wheat, and barley, and vineyards, wherein fig-trees and pomegranates, and oliveyards grow: a land of oil and honey.


He said to them: With much substance and riches, you return to your settlements: with silver and gold, brass and iron, and variety of raiment. Divide the prey of your enemies with your brethren.


We shall come to a people that is secure, into a spacious country; and the Lord will deliver the place to us, in which there is no want of any thing that groweth on the earth.
