You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.


Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.


‘I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.’


Aware of this, Jesus withdrew from that place. A large crowd followed him, and he healed all who were ill.


Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said, ‘Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?


Jesus knew what they were thinking and asked, ‘Why are you thinking these things in your hearts?


Now we can see that you know all things and that you do not even need to have anyone ask you questions. This makes us believe that you came from God.’


He did not need any testimony about mankind, for he knew what was in each person.


The third time he said to him, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me?’ Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, ‘Do you love me?’ He said, ‘Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.’ Jesus said, ‘Feed my sheep.


Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults.


Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.


I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.
