Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.


Noah did everything just as God commanded him.


And after the seven days the floodwaters came on the earth.


Pairs of all creatures that have the breath of life in them came to Noah and entered the ark.


The animals going in were male and female of every living thing, as God had commanded Noah. Then the Lord shut him in.


Pairs of clean and unclean animals, of birds and of all creatures that move along the ground,


The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, and dust will be the serpent’s food. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain,’ says the Lord.


Even the stork in the sky knows her appointed seasons, and the dove, the swift and the thrush observe the time of their migration. But my people do not know the requirements of the Lord.


There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.


Here there is no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.
