Return again and tell Hezekiah the leader of My people, So says Jehovah, the God of David your father, I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of Jehovah.


Turn back, please let there be no sin; yea, return again, my righteousness is in this matter.


The wicked shall see and be vexed; he shall gnash with his teeth and melt away; the desire of the wicked shall perish.


I will clothe his enemies with shame; but his crown shall shine on him.


Then He shall speak to them in His anger, and trouble them in His wrath.


Yea, let none who wait on You be ashamed; let them be ashamed who sin without cause.


Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor together, those who magnify themselves over me.


Hold them guilty, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against You.


He has put forth his hands against those who were at peace with him; he has broken his covenant.


Arise, O Jehovah, in Your anger; lift up Yourself because of the rage of my enemies, and awake for me to the judgment which You have commanded.


Let them be ashamed; let those who are enemies of my soul be consumed; let them be covered with reproach and dishonor, those who seek my hurt.


My tongue also shall muse on Your righteousness all the day long; for those who seek my evil have turned pale, they are brought to shame.


How have they been brought into grief, as in a moment! They are fully eaten up with terrors,


Show me a token for good, so that they who hate me may see and be ashamed; because You, Jehovah, have helped me and comforted me.


A man who hardens his neck when reproved shall be suddenly broken, and there will be no healing.


Jehovah, Your hand is lifted up, they will not see; but they shall see and be ashamed for their envy toward Your people. Yes, the fire of Your enemies shall devour them.


But Jehovah is with me like a mighty, awesome one. Therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not overcome me. They shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not be blessed. Their everlasting shame shall never be forgotten.


Then you shall again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God, and him who does not serve Him.


For when they shall say, Peace and safety! Then sudden destruction comes on them, as travail upon a woman with child. And they shall not escape.
