Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD.


Return, I pray you, let it not be iniquity; Yea, return again, my righteousness is in it.


The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; He shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: The desire of the wicked shall perish.


His enemies will I clothe with shame: But upon himself shall his crown flourish.


Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, And vex them in his sore displeasure.


Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: Let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.


Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: Let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.


Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; Cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.

How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors.


Shew me a token for good; That they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: Because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.


He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, Shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.
