And it happened one evening, David arose from his bed and walked on the roof of the king's house. And from the roof he saw a woman bathing. And the woman was very beautiful to look upon.


And do not cover their iniquity, and do not let their sin be blotted out from before You. For they have provoked You to anger before the builders.


and He remembered His covenant for them, and was moved to pity, according to the multitude of His mercies.


Our fathers did not understand Your wonders in Egypt; they did not remember the multitude of Your mercies, but rebelled at the sea, even at the Red Sea.


But You, Lord Jehovah, deal kindly with me for Your name's sake; because Your mercy is good, deliver me.


Deal with Your servant according to Your mercy, and teach me Your Precepts.


Jehovah is good to all; and His tender mercies are over all His works.


To the Chief Musician, for stringed instruments. A Psalm of David. Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness; You gave room to me in trouble; have mercy on me, and hear my prayer.


Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O Jehovah; let Your loving-kindness and Your truth always watch over me.


But I, in the abundance of Your grace, I will come into Your house; I will worship in Your fear toward Your holy temple.


Hide Your face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities.


But as for me, my prayer is to You, O Jehovah, in a pleasing time; O God, in the multitude of Your mercy hear me, in the truth of Your salvation.


Hear me, O Jehovah, for Your loving-kindness is good; turn to me according to the multitude of Your tender mercies.


Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has He in anger shut up His tender mercies? Selah.


I, I am He who blots out your sins for My own sake, and will not remember your sins.


I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins; return to Me; for I have redeemed you.


Look down from Heaven, and look down from the place of Your holiness and of Your glory; where is Your zeal and Your strength, the multitude of Your tender affections and of Your mercies toward me? Are they withheld?


I will mention the loving-kindnesses of Jehovah, the praises of Jehovah, according to all that Jehovah has benefited for us, and the great good to the house of Israel by which He benefited them according to His mercies, and according to the multitude of His loving-kindnesses.


Yet, Jehovah, You know all their counsel against me to kill me. Do not forgive their iniquity, nor blot out their sin from Your sight, but let them be overthrown before You; deal with them in the time of Your anger.


for though He causes grief, yet He will have pity according to the multitude of His kindnesses.


O my God, bow down Your ear and hear. Open Your eyes and behold our ruins, and the city which is called by Your name. For we do not present our prayers before You on account of our righteousnesses, but because of Your great mercies.


To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against Him.


Therefore repent and convert so that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.


blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross.
