And I set my face toward the Lord God, to seek by prayer and holy desires, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes.


Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and live there. And the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so it also shall be to this evil generation.


And Jesus said to them, Because of your unbelief. For truly I say to you, If you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you shall say to this mountain, Move from here to there. And it shall move. And nothing shall be impossible to you.


However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.


And He entering into a house, His disciples asked Him privately, Why could we not cast him out?


And going out from there, they passed through Galilee. And He desired that no one should know.


And he goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and entering in, they dwell there. And the last state of that man is worse than the first.


And having hand-picked elders for them in every church, and had prayed with fastings, they commended them to the Lord into whom they believed.


But I buffet my body, and lead it captive, lest proclaiming to others I myself might be rejected.


I have been in hardship and toil; often in watchings; in hunger and thirst; often in fastings; in cold and nakedness;


For this thing I besought the Lord three times, that it might depart from me.


in stripes, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;


praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching to this very thing with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.


And the prayer of faith will cure the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, it will be forgiven him.
