But the same servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii. And he laid hands on him and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me what you owe.


And receiving it they murmured against the master of the house,


For this ointment might have been sold for very much and given to the poor.


And some were indignant to themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?


And Jesus said, Let her alone! Why do you trouble her? She has done a good work towards Me.


And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receives sinners and eats with them.


For some thought, because Judas had the moneybag, that Jesus had said to him, Buy what we have need of for the feast; or that he should give something to the poor.


Jesus therefore answered and said to them, Do not murmur with one another.


Philip answered Him, Loaves for two hundred denarii are not enough for them, that every one may take a little.


Nor murmur as some of them also murmured and were destroyed by the destroyer.


Let him who stole steal no more, but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, so that he may have something to give to him who needs.

Do all things without murmurings and disputings,


These are murmurers, complainers, leading lives according to their lusts. And their mouth speaks proud things, admiring faces for the sake of gain.
