And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasing to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make wise, she took of its fruit, and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.


And David sent messengers and took her. And she came in to him, and he lay with her. And she had purified herself from her uncleanness. And she returned to her house.


They conceive mischief, and bring forth evil, and their belly prepares deceit.


Behold, he labors in pain with iniquity, and he has conceived mischief, and has brought forth falsehood.


The wicked shall be turned into hell, all the nations that forget God.


So righteousness tends to life; but one pursuing evil, it is to his own death.


You shall conceive chaff, you shall bring out stubble; your breath, like fire, shall devour you.
