And take heed that you do not fail to do this. Why should damage grow to the hurt of the kings?


For we are sold, my people and I, to be destroyed, to be killed, and to perish. But if we had been sold for men-slaves and women-slaves, I would have held my tongue, although the enemy could not make up for the king's damage.


He who sends a message by the hand of a fool cuts off the feet and drinks down damage.


Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand, riches and honor.


And I have heard of you that you can interpret meanings and unravel knots. Now if you can read the writing, and reveal its meaning to me, you shall be clothed with scarlet and have a chain of gold around your neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.


Then Belshazzar commanded, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet and a golden chain around his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.


The king cried aloud to bring in the conjurers, the Chaldeans, and the fortune-tellers. The king spoke and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whoever shall read this writing, and show me its meaning, shall be clothed with scarlet, and have a chain of gold around his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.


It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom a hundred and twenty satraps, that they might be over the whole kingdom.


Therefore the kingdom of Heaven has been compared to a certain king who desired to make an accounting with his servants.


And he called him and said to him, What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your stewardship, for you may no longer be steward.


And the rest, it is sought among stewards that one be found faithful.


And Jehovah, the God of Israel says, I said indeed, Your house and the house of your father should walk before Me forever. But now Jehovah says, Be it far from Me! For those who honor Me I will honor, and those that think little of Me shall be lightly regarded.
