And they said to one another, Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us by the way and while He opened the Scriptures to us?


And He said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and in the Prophets and in the Psalms about Me.


And He said to them, So it is written, and so it behoved Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,


For as yet they did not know the Scripture that He must rise again from the dead.


And having met with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to await the promise of the Father which you heard from Me.


For he mightily confuted the Jews publicly, proving by the Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ.


And when Silas and Timothy had come from Macedonia, Paul was pressed in the spirit and testified to the Jews that Jesus is the Christ.


But those things which God before had shown by the mouth of all His prophets, that Christ should suffer, He fulfilled in this manner.


But Saul increased the more in strength and confounded the Jews who lived at Damascus, proving that this One is the Christ.


O foolish Galatians, who bewitched you not to obey the truth, to whom before your eyes Jesus Christ was written among you crucified?
