After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.


But I have trusted in thy mercy; My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.


I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.


Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.


The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; And in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!


Our fathers trusted in thee: They trusted, and thou didst deliver them.


The LORD is their strength, And he is the saving strength of his anointed.


But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; My glory, and the lifter up of mine head.


I cried unto the LORD with my voice, And he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.


For our heart shall rejoice in him, Because we have trusted in his holy name.


But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: He is their strength in the time of trouble.


And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: Many shall see it, and fear, And shall trust in the LORD.


For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? Why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?


God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.


Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;


I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify him with thanksgiving.


For the LORD God is a sun and shield: The LORD will give grace and glory: No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.


He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler.


Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.


Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.


I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.


Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.


And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.


And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
