After these things the word of Jehovah came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.


But I have trusted in thy lovingkindness; My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.


I will sing unto Jehovah, Because he hath dealt bountifully with me.


Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in thy sight, O Jehovah, my rock, and my redeemer.


The king shall joy in thy strength, O Jehovah; And in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!


Our fathers trusted in thee: They trusted, and thou didst deliver them.


Jehovah is their strength, And he is a stronghold of salvation to his anointed.


But thou, O Jehovah, art a shield about me; My glory, and the lifter up of my head.


I cry unto Jehovah with my voice, And he answereth me out of his holy hill. [Selah


For our heart shall rejoice in him, Because we have trusted in his holy name.


But the salvation of the righteous is of Jehovah: He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.


And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: Many shall see it, and fear, And shall trust in Jehovah.


For thou art the God of my strength; why hast thou cast me off? Why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?


God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.


Therefore will we not fear, though the earth do change, And though the mountains be shaken into the heart of the seas;


I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify him with thanksgiving.


For Jehovah God is a sun and a shield: Jehovah will give grace and glory; No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.


He will cover thee with his pinions, And under his wings shalt thou take refuge: His truth is a shield and a buckler.


Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid: for Jehovah, even Jehovah, is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation.


Only in Jehovah, it is said of me, is righteousness and strength; even to him shall men come; and all they that were incensed against him shall be put to shame.


I will greatly rejoice in Jehovah, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with a garland, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.


Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.
