When his candle shined upon my head, And when by his light I walked through darkness;


In the LORD put I my trust: How say ye to my soul, flee as a bird to your mountain?


I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, And art become my salvation.


The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: What can man do unto me?


For thou wilt light my candle: The LORD my God will enlighten my darkness.


For by thee I have run through a troop; And by my God have I leaped over a wall.


The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; And let the God of my salvation be exalted.


Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.


Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: Thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.


For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? Why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?


He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.


But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.


And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.


For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,


And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.


That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.


Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.


What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?


And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.


Thou shalt not be afraid of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt;


Thou shalt not be affrighted at them: for the LORD thy God is among you, a mighty God and terrible.


I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.


So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear What man shall do unto me.


And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.


And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.


and cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
