Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: For they are the rejoicing of my heart.


In my distress I cried unto the LORD, and he heard me.


I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, From whence cometh my help.


Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.


If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;


They that trust in the LORD Shall be as mount Zion, Which cannot be removed, But abideth for ever.


When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, We were like them that dream.


Except the LORD build the house, They labour in vain that build it: Except the LORD keep the city, The watchman waketh but in vain.


Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; That walketh in his ways.


Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, May Israel now say:


Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.


LORD, my heart is not haughty, Nor mine eyes lofty: Neither do I exercise myself in Great matters, or in things too high for me.


LORD, remember David, And all his afflictions:


Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!


Behold, bless ye the LORD, All ye servants of the LORD, Which by night stand in the house of the LORD.


LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, And the place where thine honour dwelleth.


When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: For I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, With the voice of joy and praise, With a multitude that kept holyday.


We took sweet counsel together, And walked unto the house of God in company.


For a day in thy courts Is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, Than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.


And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.


For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God.


And the prince in the midst of them, when they go in, shall go in; and when they go forth, shall go forth.


And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
