And three of the thirty chief went down, and came to David in the harvest time unto the cave of Adul´lam: and the troop of the Philistines pitched in the valley of Reph´a-im.


and Beth–zur, and Shoco, and Adul´lam,


And what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which shall come from far? to whom will ye flee for help? and where will ye leave your glory?


Concerning the Ammonites, thus saith the Lord; Hath Israel no sons? hath he no heir? why then doth their king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities?


the king of Libnah, one; the king of Adul´lam, one;


Jarmuth, and Adul´lam, Socoh, and Aze´kah,


and Kei´lah, and Achzib, and Mare´shah; nine cities with their villages.


David therefore departed thence, and escaped to the cave Adul´lam: and when his brethren and all his father's house heard it, they went down thither to him.
