and he said, The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;


For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?


The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation.


When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me afraid;


The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.


For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.


He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.


O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.


As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.


Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength.

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,


There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none besides thee: neither is there any rock like our God.
