if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.


Why standest thou afar off, O Lord? Why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?


Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.


God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.


Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.


even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.


Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?


Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:


We are thine: thou never barest rule over them; they were not called by thy name.


Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts.


For Israel hath not been forsaken, nor Judah of his God, of the Lord of hosts; though their land was filled with sin against the Holy One of Israel.


Behold the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people because of them that dwell in a far country: Is not the Lord in Zion? is not her king in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their graven images, and with strange vanities?


Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, and forsake us so long time?


It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The Lord is there.


O Lord, how long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear! even cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save!


For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.


Thus saith the Lord; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called A city of truth; and the mountain of the Lord of hosts, The holy mountain.


And the Lord said unto Moses, Is the Lord's hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.


that the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.


And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.


for the Lord thy God walketh in the midst of thy camp, to deliver thee, and to give up thine enemies before thee; therefore shall thy camp be holy: that he see no unclean thing in thee, and turn away from thee.


And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.


Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.


And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.


For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people.
