After these things Paul departed from Athens, and came to Corinth;


And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house; and many of the Corinthians hearing believed, and were baptized.


So he sent into Macedo´nia two of them that ministered unto him, Timothy and Eras´tus; but he himself stayed in Asia for a season.


And we sailed thence, and came the next day over against Chi´os; and the next day we arrived at Samos, and tarried at Trogyl´li-um; and the next day we came to Mile´tus.


And from Mile´tus he sent to Ephesus, and called the elders of the church.


And there accompanied him into Asia So´pater of Beroe´a; and of the Thessalo´ni-ans, Aristar´chus and Secun´dus; and Gai´us of Derbe, and Timothy; and of Asia, Tych´icus and Troph´imus.


(For they had seen before with him in the city Troph´imus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.)


Gai´us mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Eras´tus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother.
