Who shall find a woman of virtue? for her price is far above pearls.


Favor a falsehood, and beauty vanity: a woman fearing Jehovah, she shall be praised.


Leave thine orphans, I will preserve alive, and thy widows shall trust upon me.


And she a widow of about eighty-four years, who departed not from the temple, with fastings and supplications serving night and day.


All these were persevering unanimously in prayer and supplication, with women, and Mary mother of Jesus, with his brethren.


And in Joppa was a certain disciple by name Tabitha, which interpreted is called Dorcas: she was full of good works and alms which she did.


But ye also altogether, let each so love his own wife as himself: and the wife that she fear her husband.
