She conceived, bore a son, and said, *God has taken away my reproach.*


Let Yisra'el rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Tziyon be joyful in their King.


The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever. The LORD's ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.


You have taken away all your wrath. You have turned from the fierceness of your anger.


Cry aloud and shout, you inhabitant of Tziyon; for the Holy One of Yisra'el is great in the midst of you!*


He has swallowed up death forever! The Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces. He will take the reproach of his people away from off all the earth, for the LORD has spoken it.


For the LORD is our judge. The LORD is our lawgiver. The LORD is our king. He will save us.


The the LORD's ransomed ones will return, and come with singing to Tziyon; and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.*


Thus says your Lord GOD, and your God who pleads the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of your hand the cup of staggering, even the bowl of the cup of my wrath; you shall no more drink it again:


Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste places of Yerushalayim; for the LORD has comforted his people, he has redeemed Yerushalayim.


In righteousness shall you be established: you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not be afraid; and from terror, for it shall not come near you.


Violence shall no more be heard in your land, desolation nor destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise.


I will rejoice in Yerushalayim, and joy in my people; and there shall be heard in her no more the voice of weeping and the voice of crying.


Behold, the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people from a land that is very far off: isn't the LORD in Tziyon? Isn't her King in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their engraved images, and with foreign vanities?


Because you have said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there:


neither will I let you hear any more the shame of the nations, neither shall you bear the reproach of the peoples any more, neither shall you cause your nation to stumble any more, says the Lord GOD.


neither will I hide my face any more from them; for I have poured out my Spirit on the house of Yisra'el, says the Lord GOD.


It shall be eighteen thousand [reeds] round about: and the name of the city from that day shall be, the LORD is there.


*So you will know that I am the LORD, your God, dwelling in Tziyon, my holy mountain. Then Yerushalayim will be holy, and no strangers will pass through her any more.


I will plant them on their land, and they will no more be plucked up out of their land which I have given them,* says the LORD your God.


Then my enemy will see it, and shame will cover her who said to me, where is the LORD your God? Then my enemy will see me and will cover her shame. Now she will be trodden down like the mire of the streets.


For the violence done to Levanon will overwhelm you, and the destruction of the animals, which made them afraid; because of men's blood, and for the violence done to the land, to every city and to those who dwell in them.


Because you have plundered many nations, all the remnant of the peoples will plunder you, because of men's blood, and for the violence done to the land, to the city and to all who dwell in it.


The LORD, your God, is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will rest in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.


The LORD, in the midst of her, is righteous. He will do no wrong. Every morning he brings his justice to light. He doesn't fail, but the unjust know no shame.


It will happen in that day, that I will make Yerushalayim a burdensome stone for all the peoples. All who burden themselves with it will be severely wounded, and all the nations of the earth will be gathered together against it.


Men will dwell therein, and there will be no more curse; but Yerushalayim will dwell safely.


Rejoice greatly, daughter of Tziyon! Shout, daughter of Yerushalayim! Behold, your king comes to you! He is righteous, and having salvation; lowly, and riding on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.


Natan'el answered him, *Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are King of Yisra'el!*


*Don't be afraid, daughter of Tziyon. Behold, your King comes, sitting on a donkey's colt.*


Pilate wrote a title also, and put it on the cross. There was written, *YESHUA OF NATZERET, THE KING OF THE JEWS.*


I can of myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is righteous; because I don't seek my own will, but the will of my Father who sent me.


I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, *Now is come the salvation, the power, and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah; for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God day and night.


*Rejoice over her, O heaven, you holy ones, emissaries, and prophets; for God has judged your judgment on her.*


He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written, *KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.*


Therefore they are before the throne of God, they serve him day and night in his temple. He who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them.
