The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.


The LORD smelled the sweet savor. The LORD said in his heart, *I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake, because the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I ever again strike everything living, as I have done.


This was yet a small thing in your eyes, Lord GOD; but you have spoken also of your servant's house for a great while to come; and this [too] after the manner of men, Lord GOD!


how much less one who is abominable and corrupt, a man who drinks iniquity like water!


For the LORD God is a sun and a shield. The LORD will give grace and glory. He withholds no good thing from those who walk blamelessly.


Yes, the LORD will give that which is good. Our land will yield its increase.


But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth.


For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive; abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you.


Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you.


I will make mention of the loving kindnesses of the LORD, [and] the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD has bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Yisra'el, which he has bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.


The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?


Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will perform that good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Yisra'el and concerning the house of Yehudah.


Take words with you, and return to the LORD. Tell him, *Forgive all our sins, and accept that which is good: so we offer our lips like bulls.


Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn't retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness.


*A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If I am a father, then where is my honor? And if I am a master, where is the respect due me? Says the LORD of Armies to you, Kohanim, who despise my name. You say, 'How have we despised your name?'


Call no man on the earth your father, for one is your Father, he who is in heaven.


Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent?


For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.


Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God.


What then? Are we better than they? No, in no way. For we previously charged both Jews and Greeks, that they are all under sin.


He who didn't spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?


But the Scriptures imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Yeshua the Messiah might be given to those who believe.


Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.


Behold, how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn't know us, because it didn't know him.


In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
