(for they shall hear of your great name, and of your mighty hand, and of your outstretched arm); when he shall come and pray toward this house;


but the LORD, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt with great power and with an outstretched arm, him shall you fear, and to him shall you bow yourselves, and to him shall you sacrifice:


What one nation in the earth is like your people Yisra'el, whom God went to redeem to himself for a people, to make you a name by great and awesome things, in driving out nations from before your people, whom you redeem out of Egypt?


Now these are your servants and your people, whom you have redeemed by your great power, and by your strong hand.


The waters saw you, God. The waters saw you, and they writhed. The depths also convulsed.


But my people didn't listen to my voice. Yisra'el desired none of me.


*I removed his shoulder from the burden. His hands were freed from the basket.


You called in trouble, and I delivered you. I answered you in the secret place of thunder. I tested you at the waters of Merivah.* Selah.


Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. They built storage cities for Par`oh: Pitom and Ra`meses.


It happened at the end of four hundred thirty years, even the same day it happened, that all the armies of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.


It happened the same day, that the LORD brought the children of Yisra'el out of the land of Egypt by their armies.


It shall be, when your son asks you in time to come, saying, 'What is this?' that you shall tell him, 'By strength of hand the LORD brought us out from Egypt, from the house of bondage;


It shall be for a sign on your hand, and for symbols between your eyes: for by strength of hand the LORD brought us forth out of Egypt.*


Moshe said to the people, *Remember this day, in which you came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place. No leavened bread shall be eaten.


*You, in your loving kindness, have led the people that you have redeemed. You have guided them in your strength to your holy habitation.


Moshe and Aharon said to all the children of Yisra'el, *At evening, then you shall know that the LORD has brought you out from the land of Egypt;


Now Yitro, the Kohen of Midyan, Moshe' father-in-law, heard of all that God had done for Moshe, and for Yisra'el his people, how that the LORD had brought Yisra'el out of Egypt.


It happened in those days, when Moshe had grown up, that he went out to his brothers, and looked at their burdens. He saw an Egyptian striking a Hebrew, one of his brothers.


and I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Kena`ani, the Chittite, the Amori, the Perizzi, the Chivvi, and the Yevusi, to a land flowing with milk and honey.*'


I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Kena`ani, the Chittite, the Amori, the Perizzi, the Chivvi, and the Yevusi.


Moshe begged the LORD his God, and said, *The LORD, why does your wrath burn hot against your people, that you have brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?


God spoke to Moshe, and said to him, *I am the LORD;


that the LORD spoke to Moshe, saying, *I am the LORD. Speak to Par`oh king of Egypt all that I speak to you.*


I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Avraham, to Yitzchak, and to Ya`akov; and I will give it to you for a heritage: I am the LORD.'*


But Par`oh will not listen to you, and I will lay my hand on Egypt, and bring forth my armies, my people the children of Yisra'el, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments.


The Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I stretch forth my hand on Egypt, and bring out the children of Yisra'el from among them.*


The Syrians in front, and the Pelishtim behind; and they will devour Yisra'el with open mouth. For all this, his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.


Therefore the Lord will not rejoice over their young men, neither will he have compassion on their fatherless and widows; for everyone is profane and an evil-doer, and every mouth speaks folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.


Menasheh, Efrayim; and Efrayim, Menasheh; and they together shall be against Yehudah. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.


I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation.


I have made the earth, the men and the animals that are on the surface of the earth, by my great power and by my outstretched arm; and I give it to whom it seems right to me.


and brought forth your people Yisra'el out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terror;


As I live, says the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with wrath poured out, will I be king over you:


The God of this people chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they stayed as aliens in the land of Egypt, and with an uplifted arm, he led them out of it.


Know you this day: for I don't speak with your children who have not known, and who have not seen the chastisement of the LORD your God, his greatness, his mighty hand, and his outstretched arm,


You shall remember that you were a bondservant in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you: therefore I command you this thing today.


and the LORD brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terror, and with signs, and with wonders;


Take heed to yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you, and make you an engraved image in the form of anything which the LORD your God has forbidden you.


Or has God tried to go and take him a nation from the midst of [another] nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?


You shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm: therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the day of Shabbat.


then beware lest you forget the LORD, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.


the great trials which your eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, by which the LORD your God brought you out: so shall the LORD your God do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.


but because the LORD loves you, and because he would keep the oath which he swore to your fathers, has the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, from the hand of Par`oh king of Egypt.


Yet they are your people and your inheritance, which you brought out by your great power and by your outstretched arm.
