He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully.


For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.


The righteous who walks in his integrity— blessed are his children after him!


Whoever walks in integrity will be delivered, but he who is crooked in his ways will suddenly fall.


He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly, who despises the gain of oppressions, who shakes his hands, lest they hold a bribe, who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed and shuts his eyes from looking on evil,


For he said, “Surely they are my people, children who will not deal falsely.” And he became their Savior.


Should this be said, O house of Jacob? Has the Lord grown impatient? Are these his deeds? Do not my words do good to him who walks uprightly?


And they were both righteous before God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and statutes of the Lord.


but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.


but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Greek.


But when I saw that their conduct was not in step with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas before them all, “If you, though a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how can you force the Gentiles to live like Jews?”


For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.


Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.


Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices


who through faith conquered kingdoms, enforced justice, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,


If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.


whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.


Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous.


But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”
