And Moses told Aaron all the words of the Lord with which he had sent him to speak, and all the signs that he had commanded him to do.


“As for the word that you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord, we will not listen to you.


“Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and call out against it the message that I tell you.”


But he said to him, “I will not go. I will depart to my own land and to my kindred.”


“What do you think? A man had two sons. And he went to the first and said, ‘Son, go and work in the vineyard today.’


And he went to the other son and said the same. And he answered, ‘I go, sir,’ but did not go.


Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, the tax collectors and the prostitutes go into the kingdom of God before you.


but declared first to those in Damascus, then in Jerusalem and throughout all the region of Judea, and also to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds in keeping with their repentance.


And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
